Such as? Seems pretty concrete to me.
OK, practically speaking you aren't gonna be able to swab everyone (a test apparently takes about 3 minutes to perform), but anyone who has been handed a banknote which has been recently used for cocaine, ketamine etc is gonna come up on it, and reading the article in detail it looks like it will be one of the conditions of having a licence to sell alcohol that you comply with this ruling.
So the solution is more drugs out of the bars, where they'll be full of lairy pissheads, and all the drug takers will be at home having house parties, or at illegal raves.
I can see this backfiring BIG TIME for bar owners and club promoters. _________________ http://www.facebook.com/daveskywalker / http://www.daveskywalker.com |

Id say so......pretty much expect a dramatic decrease in people leaving their homes if they cant bring the kuff with em into the club or pub.....its a shame, but most likely true. |

oops sowwy bosh.
er... although i'm plucking this statistic out of thin air, i'm led to believe something like 90% of UK bank notes have trace amounts of coke on them anyway...
also, the paper today said if you test positive you get searched by OB there and then.
can't smoke, can't even have even touched any drugs before you go in...
i'm glad i'm not a pub/club owner trying to stay afloat.
house/free parties ftw! |

| its just gonna be a headline for the government to brag about. i doubt they will be revealing the statistic that proves that it has no effect on peoples safety inside clubs... its typical milton keynes though, the council would love nothing more than a chain of whine bars with a 2 drink limit and james blunt on the £200 sony sound system from argos |
